Air raid warning / power outage

How cinemas work during an air raid
In case of air raid warning, all guests have to go to the shelter, the schemes of which are pointed out on the territory of the cinema, where staff will direct all guests to the necessary exits. The cinema is temporarily closed on that period of time. Film sessions will be continued in case, if the air raid warning is less than 20 minutes. If the last screenings were interrupted by an air raid warning - the cinema will start working the next day.

Refunds for tickets of interrupted screenings will be exchanged for tickets for the next time to the watching movies with the same category within 14 days. Please, save your tickets and show them at the ticket box office.
How cinemas work during power outages
Unfortunately, the blackout schedules are unexpected for us, as well as for other viewers. The schedule is updated according to planned power outages. If the screenings are not available on the website, the cinema is temporarily closed, but will open soon when the electricity is turned on.

What is the price of the ticket?
The ticket price depends on the cinema, time and day of the week. In order to find out the price of a ticket, you shall choose the movie you are interested in, the day and time of the movie showing, and select the seat that you would like to buy on the scheme of the cinema hall. Please note that in Wizoria cinema there are promotions and special offers for which you can get discounts for tickets. You can find out more about them in the section «special offers» on the website or in the mobile application.
When will the schedule appear?
Schedule of movie screenings appears on Wednesday evening for the next week. Tickets for individual movie showings may be available on any day if the sale of tickets is agreed with the distributors. To know about opening sales in such situations you can by our social network, e-mail, website or mobile application.
How to find out whether a movie will be released?
Website section «Soon» or mobile application contains all the announcements of movies with the date of their release. In case if the movie you are interested in is not in the section, maybe it is not scheduled to be released in this cinema or its release has not yet been agreed.
Age limit for watching movies?
"0" – general audience, that is that the movie can be viewed without any restrictions. These movies are designated for family viewing. They are equally interesting for different categories of spectators, regardless of age. It is prohibited to show any scenes that contain a naturalistic display of brutality and violence. Realities of complex reality should be displayed with maximum conditionality.

"12+" — a movie, watching of which shall be allowed to children from 12 years old only in case of presence of their parents. Such films may contain some scenes that parents consider to be inappropriate for watching by children on themselves.

"16+" — movie, watching of which shall be forbidden to persons younger than 16 years old. Such films may include scenes of limited degree of violence and cruelty (fights, the use of weapons without excessive bloodshed, limited image of an accident or disaster, as well as scenes that include short nude images, episodic use of obscene words).

"18+" — movie, watching of which shall be forbidden to persons younger than 18 years old. Movies may contain scenes of violence, cruelty, pictures of catastrophes, horrors, explicit nudity, and simulation of intimate relationships. Cinema theaters may show such movies at any time of the day.
What is the premiere movie showing period?
The premiere period is the period when movies are shown and no discounts are available.
Is there a period of first screening of movie?
Distributor of the movies in Ukraine might make a decision to show the movie before the date of his official premiere. In this case, the price of tickets for first screenings may differ from the usual prices in the cinema.
What is the language of the movie? Are the movies shown in their original language?
Movies in our cinema can be shown in Ukrainian, in the original languages with Ukrainian subtitles.

According to the legislation, in cinemas of Ukraine movies shall be shown with obligatory dubbing in Ukrainian or with Ukrainian subtitles. Therefore, as a rule, movies in our cinema theaters are shown with a Ukrainian translation. At the same time dubbing shall be arranged by the distributor of the movie. Cinema theaters are not related to the choice of language. They only screen the content provided by the distributor.

We periodically show movies in the original language, in case if it is provided to us by distributors. In case if such movies appear in release, we will necessarily report this on the website and in social networks.
What determines the release of a movie in your cinema theaters?
The duration of the movie release in cinema depends on the terms of the contract, which is concluded between us and distributors for each movie and format separately.
What is "Personal invitation to the cinema"?
"Personal Movie Invitation" is your free ticket to any non-premiere movie on any day at Wizoria network cinemas. The invitation is subject to exchange for tickets at the box office of Wizoria cinemas. Does not apply to pre-premiere screenings, film presentations, thematic events, LUX seats. The total number of guests per session by personal invitation is limited.
What are the benefits of personal 3D glasses?
We sell personal 3D glasses in individual packages. No one used them before you. They do not have any microbes, scratches or other damage.
Where to buy personal 3D glasses?
Personal 3D glasses are sold in the ticket box office of all Wizoria cinemas, online in the mobile application or on wizoria.ua .
Is it possible to return personal 3D glasses?

How is it possible to buy tickets for Wizoria?
Tickets for movie screenings of any Wizoria cinema can be bought in three ways: on the official website wizoria.ua, mobile application or at the cinema ticket box office.
How many tickets should be purchased in order the movie showing will take place?
It is enough to purchase one ticket at full price for the movie showing to take place. The exception is the 1st hall of the Wizoria Kolos cinema, where the movie screening for visitors will take place if there are two tickets purchased at full price.
Is there a need to buy a ticket for a child younger than 6 years old?
Сhildren under 6 years of age, who are accompanied by parents, shall be entitled to free movie viewing without providing additional seat for movies that do not have age restrictions.
Are there discounts on movies?
Yes, we have permanent and seasonal promotions, special offers and discounts. For each cinema they are presented in the "special offers" section of the website. In addition, participants of Wizoria Cashback loyalty program will systematically receive additional special discounts and offers.
Is it possible to exchange tickets?
It is not possible to exchange tickets. It is possible to return purchased tickets no later than half an hour before the movie screening, and buy new ones at the ticket box office, mobile application or on the website.

In order to return tickets at the ticket box office, you shall provide tickets, a check, a passport (driver's license). In case if the passport/driver's license is not available, their photocopy or image in the cell phone will be suitable. Also, in case if you know the passport or driver's license data, you can tell it to the cashier.

It is necessary to fill out an application form and a return statement - these documents will be issued by the cashier.

If the payment was made using a payment card, the card is required for the refund.

Booking tickets
Booking is not available in Wizoria. You always could buy tickets in the mobile application or in website wizoria.ua. We recommend buy the tickets online – it is fast and comfortable. In addition, you do not need to print tickets just show them to the controller in you smartphone.

Our products do not interfere with watching movies: the packaging does not create any noise, the products do not have an unpleasant odor, and drinks have caps for protection against leakage.

"Wizoria Cashback" program is a special program, according to which all participants-guests receive a return of 3% of the amount of the expenses for tickets and/or cinema-bar services on their Wizoria Cashback account; these funds can be used during the next purchase of the tickets and/or products in the popcorn-bar.
Period of validity of "Wizoria Cashback" program?
"Wizoria Cashback" program has been functioning since November 1, 2019 on a permanent basis or until the date specified by the company as the closing date.

Is there a limit for accumulation of Wizoria Cashback funds?
You will receive 3% of each UAH spent on purchasing tickets and/or popcorn-bar goods. The amount of "Wizoria Cashback" funds, which is more than 799 UAH, shall be taxed according to the current legislation of Ukraine.
Is Wizoria Cashback loyalty program applied to Gift certificates?
The gift certificate gives the right to purchase goods for the amount that corresponds to the certificate's face value in Wizoria cinema network. While purchasing a certificate, the accrual of funds is made to the account of the client who purchased the certificate for the total purchase amount. In case if the purchase amount exceeds the value of the Gift certificate, the Guest may make an additional payment for the difference between the price and the face value of the certificate at the expense of Wizoria Cashback. Cinema rules

Official rules of Wizoria («Piramida Trade» Limited Liability Company) cinema network
These rules define the standards of conduct of cinema audience and are aimed at ensuring public order and protection of material values on the territory of "WIZORIA" cinema. The control over the maintenance of order in the cinema shall be carried out by the cinema administrators with the participation of other cinema employees (cashiers, cinema operators and cleaners).


1. General information.

1.1. These rules were worked out according to the Civil Code of Ukraine No. 435 as of January 16, 2003 (Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 1023-XII as of May 12, 1991) and regulate the relations concerning rendering of services of film exhibition in the cinema between Visitor ("Visitors" or "Visitor") and the network of "Wizoria" cinema (hereinafter - "Cinema theaters" or "Cinema").

1.2. An agreement between the Visitor and the Cinema shall be entered into as a standard form contract (Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine) and a contract of adhesion (Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine) by accepting a genuine offer by the purchase of a ticket for viewing of movies by the Visitor. By purchasing a Ticket for viewing a movie Visitor acknowledges that he is familiar with the current Rules, understands the terms of these Rules and undertakes to observe them strictly throughout the time of him visiting the Cinema.

1.3. At the same time, while making an acceptance (placing an order and further payment of goods and/or services), the Buyer shall give the Seller his consent to the collection, processing, storage, use of his personal data according to the provisions of Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data". He authorizes the collection, processing, storage and use of his personal data under the conditions established by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data". The permission for the processing of personal data is valid over the whole term of the Agreement, as well as over an indefinite period after its expiration. In addition, by concluding the Agreement, the Buyer confirms that he has been notified (without additional notification) about the rights established by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data", on the purposes of data collection; and also that his personal data shall be transferred to the Seller in order to fulfill the provisions of this Agreement, mutual settlements, as well as for receiving invoices, statements and other documents. The Buyer also agrees that the Seller has the right to grant access and transfer his personal data to third parties without any additional notifications from the Buyer without changing the purpose of processing personal data. The Buyer knows and understands the volume of his rights as the subject of personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data".

1.4. Locations of Cinema theaters, number of Cinema halls, show times and other information about each Cinema of "Wizoria" network are listed in the cinema information on the Cinema website wizoria.ua (hereafter referred to as the Cinema Website) and are an integral part of these Rules.


2. Cinema premises.

2.1. Premises of Cinema include the following:

2.1.1. Cinema lobby is a room, which is intended for stay of Visitors while waiting for movie showing.

2.1.2. Cash desk is a place of sale of Tickets to Visitors to Cinema Halls for watching movies.

2.1.3. Cinema-bar is a place for selling snacks and drinks to Cinema Visitors. It is located in the Cinema lobby.

2.1.4. Cloakroom is a room for storing Cinema Visitors' outdoor clothes (in case if it is foreseen in the Cinema).

2.1.5. Cinema halls are halls that are equipped with cinema theatrical equipment, intended for watching movies by Visitors who purchased Tickets for watching movies.

2.1.6. Service and technical premises are the premises access to which is allowed only to the Cinema employees for the performance of their functional duties.

2.2. The cinema is open every day, from Monday to Sunday on holidays and weekends according to the schedule of film screenings. Ticket box office and popcorn-bar start working 30 minutes before the start of the first movie screening and finish work 30 minutes after the start of the last movie screening, according to the Cinema Schedule.


3. Visiting Cinema.

3.1. Ticket (in this document - Tickets or a Ticket) is a standard document, which confirms the right of the Visitor to watch a movie in Cinema theaters of "Wizoria" network. The ticket includes information about the title of the movie, time and date of movie showing, price, cinema hall number, number of the row and the place in the cinema hall.

3.2. Movie showing for Cinema Visitors (hereinafter - Visitors) will be conducted in case of availability of one ticket purchased at full price (except for the 1 hall of the cinema Wizoria Kolos, where the movie showing for visitors will take place in case of availability of two tickets purchased at full price).

3.3. The cinema administration reserves the right not to sell movie tickets over one seat.

3.4. The administration shall not be held responsible for preserving the personal belongings of the Spectators left/lost on the territory of the cinema (in the cinema hall, popcorn-bar, toilets, etc.).

3.5. Spectators-children under the age of 6, who are accompanied by parents, shall be entitled to watch movies for free without providing additional place only for movie showings without age restrictions. It is necessary to purchase a ticket for children less than 6 years of age for watching films with any age restrictions.

3.6. For the movie showings starting from 20:00, Spectators - children under the age of 14 shall be admitted only with the accompanying of their parents or persons who substitute them, or teachers, members of the parent committee, representatives of the administration of children's secondary schools and vocational technical schools.

3.7. By purchasing a ticket for watching a movie, the Spectator confirms that he is acknowledged with these Rules and undertakes to comply with their terms and conditions, as well as the rules of public order and norms of moral behavior in the cinema and its adjacent territory. These Rules are an appendix to the Ticket for movie showing.

3.8. Cinema spectators before the purchase of ticket shall read the information about the movie and recommendations on the age limitations of the audience of this movie. In case if the Spectator does not comply with the age restrictions, all responsibility shall lie on the persons who purchased the tickets and/or their parents.

3.9. In case if the Visitor purchased a ticket for a movie that has age limitations for the audience, the Cashier has the right to ask the Visitor, and the Visitor shall provide the Cashier a document, which confirms the age of the Visitor.

3.10. The Cinema has the right not to serve the Guest without explaining the reasons.

3.11. The Cinema has the right to show advertisements before the movie showing begins according to the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising".


4. Sale of tickets.

4.1. Cinema cash desks start working 30 minutes before the start of the first movie showing and finish work 30 minutes after the start of the last movie showing.

4.2. Tickets shall be returned for refund no later than 30 minutes before the start of the film session.
Refunds for tickets of interrupted or canceled screenings or because of air raid warning will be exchanged for tickets for the next time to the watching movies with the same category within 14 days. Please, save your tickets and show them at the ticket box office.

4.3. In case if the Spectator is late for movie showing, tickets shall not be returned for refund to the cash desk and cannot be returned.

4.4. In case if there is a queue at the cash desk of the cinema, then the primary right to purchase tickets shall be deemed to Spectators who purchase them for the current movie showing.

4.5. In case if Visitor comes late to the movie showing, does not arrive to the movie showing, refuses to watch the movie after its start, tickets for this movie showing shall not be subject to exchange or return to the cash desk.

4.6. Movies that are shown in different formats are indicated by the following icons: 2D, 3D, 48FPS.


5. Return of tickets and products purchased in the cinema-bar for refund.

5.1 Rules of purchase and return for refund of tickets that were purchased at the cash desk.

5.1.1. When purchasing tickets for cash - money shall be returned, when paying by bank card - money shall be returned to the card from which payment was made.

5.1.2. Appeals to the cash desk for returning tickets for refund shall be accepted no later than 30 minutes before the start of the movie showing.

5.1.3. In order to make cash return, one shall provide the following: tickets, a check and a passport (driver's license), card which used for pay tickets.

5.1.4. It is necessary to fill out an application form and a money return statement - these documents shall be provided by the cashier.

5.1.6. Money for tickets is non-refundable (for the period of war in the country). Refunds for tickets of interrupted or canceled screenings will be exchanged for tickets for the next time to the watching movies with the same category within 14 days. Please, save your tickets and show them at the ticket box office.

5.1.7. Tickets for charity or promotional movies with a price of UAH 1 cannot be exchanged or returned.

5.2. Rules of purchase and return for refund of e-tickets.

5.2.1 The receipt of tickets on e-mail and their display in the personal office are the facts of successfully completing the purchase of tickets. A receipt or a bank Text message, which indicates the fact of payment, is not a ticket. In case if there was an error at the time of purchase, the money was debited from your card, but the order is not displayed in your personal account - fill out the form for return for refund. The term of the refund is up to 30 days.

5.2.2. Refunds shall be made no later than 30 minutes before the start of the movie showing so that other Viewers can take advantage of the vacant seats and visit the movie showing.

5.2.3. Printed or e-tickets in Сinema theaters shall be subject to direct showing to the control at the entrance to the hall, without appeal to the cash desk. In case if you can not print an e-ticket or if you have not received a ticket, but there is an order number, there is an option for exchanging it for a paper equivalent at the cash desk – in order to do this you shall inform the cashier of the order number contained in the e-mail and text message confirmation.

5.2.4. Only one entry per one ticket shall be allowed. In case if the entry by ticket has taken place, then the control system will not let another entry by the ticket with the same code. Tickets shall be paid by Visa or MasterCard payment cards. Authorizations, solvency checks, and write-offs shall be carried out by processing centers of acquiring banks or on their respective payment websites. Payment by payment card shall be carried out if the card is registered, issued on the territory of Ukraine and there is CVV2-code on its reverse side. Credit, instant, salary and other types of special cards may be closed by issuing banks for making payments via the Internet. By agreeing to these purchase policies, you agree to the aforementioned terms, agree to receive newsletters from the cinema, allow processing of your personal data and confirm that you are familiar with the age restrictions that affect the movie showing.

5.2.5. Return of e-tickets. In order to return tickets, you shall fill out a return form on the Сinema website or in the mobile application, or use the «Refund tickets» function in your personal account.

5.2.6. Money for tickets is non-refundable (for the period of war in the country). Refunds for tickets of interrupted or canceled screenings will be exchanged for tickets for the next time to the watching movies with the same category within 14 days. Please, save your tickets and show them at the ticket box office.

5.3. Rules of purchase and return of products from the cinema-bar.

5.3.1. The return of food products purchased in a popcorn-bar and the exchange of them for quality goods or return of money shall be allowed only in cases of expiration of the goods according to the date on the packaging, damage to the product packaging or obvious signs of insufficient quality. In all other cases, goods purchased in a popcorn-bar shall not be a subject to return.


6. Access control procedure.

6.1. Spectators shall not enter the cinema hall no later than 5 minutes prior to the beginning of the movie demonstration for the movie showing, for which the ticket was purchased.

6.2. Spectators shall keep the tickets and cash checks until the end of the movie showing. Appeals concerning loss of tickets or cash checks shall not be accepted.

6.3. Visitor has the opportunity to purchase a ticket within 20 minutes after the start of the movie showing and go to the cinema hall within 30 minutes after the start of the movie showing in case if there is a ticket, which was purchased for that exact movie showing.

6.4. The cinema administration has the right to request the Guest to show a ticket during the movie showing for the sake of additional control.

6.5. In case if the Spectator leaves the cinema hall during the movie showing, the controller has the right to demand a ticket when the Spectator comes back.

6.6. The seats shall be taken according to the number of the row and the number of the place indicated on the ticket.

6.7. It is forbidden to change seats during the movie showing in the hall.

6.8. Discounts and privileges shall be granted only to NON-premier films allowed by the distribution companies under the terms of the Memorandum, as well as in connection with the promotions arranged by the cinema.

6.9. Foreseen discounts and privileges can be canceled according to the instructions of the owner of the rights (licenses) for movie distribution.

6.10. According to the new edition of the Regulation on the state license for the right to distribute and display films, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has defined such indexes of the cinema audience:
"0" – general audience, that is that the movie can be viewed without any restrictions. These movies are designated for family viewing. They are equally interesting for different categories of spectators, regardless of age. It is prohibited to show any scenes that contain a naturalistic display of brutality and violence. Realities of complex reality should be displayed with maximum conditionality.
"12+" – a movie, watching of which shall be allowed to children from 12 years old only in case of presence of their parents. Such films may contain some scenes that parents consider to be inappropriate for watching by children on themselves.
"16+" – movie, watching of which shall be forbidden to persons younger than 16 years old. Such films may include scenes of limited degree of violence and cruelty (fights, the use of weapons without excessive bloodshed, limited image of an accident or disaster, as well as scenes that include short nude images, episodic use of obscene words).
"18+" – movie, watching of which shall be forbidden to persons younger than 18 years old. Movies may contain scenes of violence, cruelty, pictures of catastrophes, horrors, explicit nudity, and simulation of intimate relationships. Cinema theaters may show such movies at any time of the day.


7. Spectators are forbidden to do the following.

7.1. Enter the cinema hall without a ticket.

7.2. Take seats that do not match the number of row and place that are indicated on the ticket.

7.3. Visit the Сinema in the state of alcohol or narcotic intoxication.

7.4. Carry and eat any food products and drinks purchased in any other public catering, supermarket, shop, etc. on the territory of the cinema.

7.5. Carry any kind of firearms, gas or cold weapons on the territory of the Сinema, regardless of the availability of documents that give the right to wear it, except for law enforcement officers who have the weapon and have visited the cinema because of official matters. It is also prohibited to carry poisonous, combustible and explosive substances on the territory of the cinema.

7.6. Conduct a photo, video recording and audio recording, in particular on mobile phones, as well as to use other technical means during the movie showing in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On State Support to Cinematography of Ukraine", the Law of Ukraine "On Copyright and Related Rights", the Code of Ukraine on Administrative offense, and the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

7.7. Smoke in the halls for Spectators, in the lobby, in the cinema-bar, in the dressing-rooms, including e-cigarettes, wipes, and IQOS.

7.8. Disturb the silence in the cinema hall during the movie showing.

7.9. Curse, gamble, behave aggressively, disturb the silence, use objects that create a noise effect and interfere with the rest of other cinema Visitors. Cinema employees have the right to independently, with the involvement of representatives of the guard service, to take out the offenders from the cinema or the cinema hall, as well as to call the police for eliminating the offense. In this case, the cinema shall not be liable to refund the cost of the ticket purchased by the Visitor.

7.10. Use mobile communication means during the movie showing. These means shall be switched off or switched to silent mode; the brightness of the screen shall be reduced.

7.11. Enter the Cinema with animals.

7.12. Enter the territory, which is intended for the official use of the cinema employees.

7.13. Visit the Cinema in dirty clothes.

7.14. Litter and scatter various items (packaging, gum, napkins, etc.) in a Cinema and in cinema halls.

7.15. Resell tickets at a price higher than the one indicated on the ticket.

7.16. To bring a large hand luggage and cellophane bags into the cinema hall.

7.17. Persons under 16 years of age, unaccompanied by their parents or their substitutes shall not be allowed to the cinema during the night (from 23.00 to 6.00), as well as movie showings, the time of the beginning or end of which is between 23.00 and 6.00. There are following persons who substitute parents: adolescent close relatives (brothers and sisters, grandparents, brothers and sisters of parents), adoptive parents, guardians or caretakers, representatives of institutions under the care of which is a child under the age of 16.

7.18. Persons under the age of 21 are prohibited from drinking alcoholic beverages on the territory of the Сinema.

7.19. Spectators-children under 5 years of age without the accompanying of parents or persons who substitute them shall not be allowed to movies showings.

7.20. Enter the Cinema hall with bikes, skates, baby carriages, sledge, wearing roller skates.


8. Responsibility of Spectators.

8.1. Spectators are obliged to carefully treat the property of the Cinema, not to spoil it, maintain cleanness and order in cinema halls, in the cinema-bar and on the territory of the Cinema in general.

8.2. In case of damage to the property of the Cinema, the Spectator is indisputably obliged to reimburse the sum of the damages caused to the "WIZORIA" Cinema in full. "WIZORIA" Cinema is a legal entity, which is owned by "WIZORIA" TM on the right of ownership/use and/or which directly/indirectly carries out business activities on the territory of this cinema.

8.3. Cinema employees have the right to force the Spectator to leave the cinema area without reimbursing him the money spent on the cinema in case if Spectator violates these Rules and/or generally accepted rules and norms of conduct (obscene vocation, aggressive behavior, silence in the hall during the movie showing, etc.).

8.4. The cinema shall not bear any responsibility for damage caused to the health or property of Spectator by unlawful actions of a third party.

8.5. All Spectators have the right to file claims for the cinema services to its administration during the Cinema business day.

8.6. These Rules may be amended and supplemented by the management of the Cinema unilaterally.

8.7. In case if Spectator finds a suspicious object (bag, bundle, pack, package, suitcase, etc.), he shall immediately inform the cinema administration or guard about such a discovery.


9. Rules of attending movie showings in 3D format.

9.1. Spectator shall purchase 3D glasses for watching movies in 3D format on the website, in the mobile application or at the ticket office of the Cinema. Upon purchasing 3D glasses, the Spectator has the opportunity to re-use them in the Сinema.

9.2. 3D glasses are subject to exchange only in case of defects detection during the purchase, until the Spectator has left the cash desk.

9.3. Spectators-children under the age of 12 shall be allowed on a movie showing in 3D format only with the accompanying of adults.

9.4. Spectator-child regardless of age is obliged to purchase 3D glasses. Parents of the child-spectator shall determine the extent to which their child perceives the 3D movie under personal responsibility.

9.5. The Cinema is not responsible for any discomfort the Spectator may have as a result of watching a movie in 3D format.

9.6. In case if the Spectator has eyesight problems he should consult a doctor before visiting the 3D movie showing. In case if the Spectator wears glasses with diopters 3D glasses shall be put over those.


10. Permission to use personal information.

10.1. In order to provide the User with the services of the network of "Wizoria" cinema theaters, the User allows the Cinema to use his personal data, which became known to the Cinema during his registration or when selling any Cinema product or service to him, in particular: e-mail, contact phone number, postal address, last name, name, patronymic and other personal information provided by the User.

10.2. By registering, the User confirms that he has been duly informed in written form about the inclusion of his personal data into the Cinema database for the purpose of ensuring the implementation of public-legal, economic, administrative and other relations that require the processing of personal data according to the legislation of Ukraine. The User also agrees with processing his personal data, using it for marketing and statistical analysis, sending the User the marketing and promotional information about the activities of the "Wizoria" Cinema network by sending text messages, e-mail, via Viber and other formats and services that may arise in the future. The User also agrees that the Cinema has the right to process the received personal data of the User both independently and with the help of third parties without any other (additional) agreement on behalf of the User. In this case, the Cinema obliges such person to adhere to the principles and rules of processing personal data provided by the current legislation, in particular the confidentiality of personal data, and to ensure the security of personal data during its processing and protection.

10.3. All the issues that are related to the receipt of services by the Visitor shall be resolved by the parties using the personal data of the Visitor, which were indicated to him at registration and payment of tickets and related services on the Cinema Website. In case if the personal data are provided in a way that does not allow the establishment of the identity of recipient (Visitor), the Contractor has the right to refuse the Visitor in the investigation of the controversial issues.


11. Rules of using the Cinema cloakroom*

11.1. During the period of martial law in Ukraine, the wardrobe is closed for the safety of viewers and employees of the cinema.


12. Air raid warning / power outage

12.1. How cinemas work during an air raid.
In case of air raid warning, all guests have to go to the shelter, the schemes of which are pointed out on the territory of the cinema, where staff will direct all guests to the necessary exits. The cinema is temporarily closed on that period of time. Film sessions will be continued in case, if the air raid warning is less than 20 minutes. If the last screenings were interrupted by an air raid warning - the cinema will start working the next day.
Refunds for tickets of interrupted screenings will be exchanged for tickets for the next time to the watching movies with the same category within 14 days. Please, save your tickets and show them at the ticket box office.

12.2. How cinemas work during power outages.


Unfortunately, the blackout schedules are unexpected for us, as well as for other viewers. The schedule is updated according to planned power outages. If the screenings are not available on the website, the cinema is temporarily closed, but will open soon when the electricity is turned on.

"Wizoria" cinema network offers (renders an offering) to conclude a purchase and sale contract for Goods and provision of Services on the terms and in the order indicated below. The Buyer, who acts in order to purchase the Goods and receive the Services, accepts the terms of this offer for the conclusion of purchase and sale contract for goods and services (hereinafter referred to as the Contract) on the following terms.


1. General provisions

1.1. The following information is the official offer (offering) of the Network of "Wizoria" movie theaters to any individual (hereinafter – Buyer) to enter into a purchase and sale contract for sale of goods and provision of services. The said agreement is public, that is, according to Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, its conditions are identical for all buyers.

1.2. The provisions of this offer (offering) define all essential terms of the Agreement and are the same for all buyers.

1.3. According to Article 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, the complete and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer (offering), which confirms the conclusion of a purchase and sale contract for sale of goods and provision of services under the following conditions, is the fact of the registration and confirmation of the order.

1.4. By means of registration of the Order the Buyer confirms the approval and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer (offering).

1.5. By concluding the Contract (i.e., accepting the terms of this Offer (Offering) by executing the Order), the Buyer confirms the following:

a) The buyer is fully acquainted and agrees with the terms of this offer (offering);

b) In this case, while making an acceptance (placing an order and further payment for the goods and/or services), the Buyer gives the Seller his consent to the collection, processing, storage, use of his personal data according to provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data".
He authorizes the collection, processing, storage and use of his personal data under the conditions established by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data". The permission for the processing of personal data is valid for the whole term of the Contract, as well as for an indefinite period after its expiration. The Buyer also agrees that the Seller has the right to grant access and transfer his personal data to third parties without any additional notifications from the Buyer without changing the purpose of processing personal data. The extent of the rights of the Buyer as a subject of personal data according to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" is known and understood to him.

c) He is completely acknowledged and agrees with the terms of the "Rules of visiting the "WIZORIA" cinema network and agrees to follow the above mentioned Rules.


2. Terms and definitions.

2.2. Product and Services - a description, which is determined by the Seller for which the Seller determines the price, name and assortment that are placed on the electronic service https://wizoria.ua/., that include but not exclusively: online movie showing ticket sales, receipt of tickets on e-mail or into Buyer's personal office, sale of 3D glasses, receiving of online gift certificates.

2.1. The seller - "WIZORIA" cinema, which refers to the business entity (legal entity or individual entrepreneur), which owns/uses "WIZORIA" TM and/or which directly/indirectly carries out business activity on the territory of this cinema.

2.3. Buyer is a capable individual person, who executes the order of the Goods and Services from the Seller using the Service https://wizoria.ua/ according to the terms of this public offer (offering).

2.4. Order is the Buyer's application for the purchase of Goods and the provision of Services, which is addressed to the Seller, is executed and provided to the Seller via the software means of online service https://wizoria.ua/

2.5. Service https://wizoria.ua/ is a set of data, which can be accessed via a web browser and program modules, united by a single management system, located on the Internet at the address https://wizoria.ua/

2.6. Place of business of the Seller - "WIZORIA" cinema network, the location of which is defined on the Service https://wizoria.ua/ on the Internet.


3. Subject of purchase and sale contract for sale of goods and provision of services.

3.1. The Seller undertakes, on the terms and according to the procedure established by this offer (offering), to conclude a purchase and sale contract for goods and services, to sell, transfer to the ownership of the Buyer the Goods and to render services on the basis of the Buyer's order. The Buyer undertakes to receive such Goods and/or Services and pay their value according to the terms of this Contract.

3.2. The Seller confirms that he has all the necessary permits for the conduct of economic activity, provided by the legislation regulating the sphere of legal relations that arise and is in force in the process of execution of the contract; and also guarantees that he has the right to sell the goods and render services without any restrictions, respectively to the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine and undertakes to be liable in case of violation of the rights of the Buyer in the process of execution of the contract and the sale of goods and provision of services.

3.3. The Buyer accepts the terms of this offer (offering) and concludes the Contract at the moment of ordering by clicking on the "Buy" button via the Service https://wizoria.ua/ or in another way, which means acknowledgement of the Buyer with the text of this offer (offering) and acceptance of its terms.


4. Ordering options.

4.1. The Buyer personally places the Purchase via the Service https://wizoria.ua/ by clicking on the "Buy" button or otherwise and confirming acceptance of this Offer (offering).

4.2. The Order for Goods and Services may be placed by the registered Buyers on the Service https://wizoria.ua/.


5. Price and terms of payment.

5.1. Current prices for each Goods and Service on the date of placing the Order are indicated on the Service https://wizoria.ua/. In case if the Product or Service is received by the Buyer not on the day the Order is placed, the prices for the Goods and Services may be changed by the Seller unilaterally.

5.2. The total value of the Goods and Services provided to the Buyer shall be indicated in the settlement and shipping documents provided by the Seller to the Buyer (or his Representative) upon receipt of the Goods and the provision of the Service to the place of the Seller's business activity. Documents that are specified in this paragraph are the constituent parts of this Contract.

5.3. The contract price is equal to the amount of the value of all purchased Goods and provided Services. The amount of the order may vary depending on the price, quantity or range of the Goods and Services available at the appropriate place of the Seller's business on the date they are received.

5.4. The Buyer shall pay the Order using the payment system service.

5.5. In case of cash payment, the Buyer is obliged to pay the Seller the price of the Goods and/or Services at the time of their receipt, unless otherwise provided by an arrangement or agreement between the parties at the place of business of the Seller.

5.6. Payment for goods and services provided by the service https://wizoria.ua/ shall be carried out in the national currency of Ukraine according to the prices and tariffs established at the time of purchase of goods or receiving services.

5.7. In case of non-payment, incomplete payment or late payment, the service https://wizoria.ua/ reserves the right not to provide goods and/or services, suspension or full non-fulfillment of the obligations assumed by it, and at the same time it shall not be responsible for the possible consequences of such decision/action.

5.8. Goods and services shall be guaranteed and provided only upon receipt of payment by the Seller.

5.9. The price of the Goods and services indicated on the Service https://wizoria.ua/ may be changed by the Seller unilaterally.


6. The order of acceptance-transfer of Goods and provision of Services.

6.1. The Buyer is obliged to receive the Goods and/or Services at the place of business activity of the Seller whom he has selected upon ordering the Goods and/or Services within the time periods specified in the execution of the Purchase. The Buyer has the opportunity to apply independently to the place of business activity of the Seller in order to receive and pay for the Goods and/or Services, or to authorize another person for such actions.


7. Rights and obligations of the Seller.

7.1. The Seller has the right to personally unilaterally change the prices for Goods and Services (including those ordered by the Buyer), the range of the Goods and Services.

7.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change the order, including completely or partially refuse to execute the Order, in case of absence of Goods or Services.

7.3. The Seller is obliged to ensure and guarantee the conformity of the quality of the Goods and Services to the quality requirements on the territory of Ukraine.


8. Rights and obligations of the Buyer.

8.1. The Buyer has the following rights:
To receive Goods and/or Service at the place of business activity of the Seller on his own or with the involvement of his representative.

To refuse acceptance of the Goods and provision of the Service in case of non-compliance of their characteristics with those previously ordered.

To execute other rights in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation of Ukraine.

8.2. The Buyer is obliged to:

9. Responsibilities of the parties.

9.1. The Seller shall not be not liable for the damage caused to the Buyer due to improper use of the Goods and/or Services that were pre-ordered on the Service https://wizoria.ua/ and purchased from the Seller.

9.2. The Seller shall not be liable for improper, untimely execution of the Orders and their obligations in case of providing the Purchaser with incorrect or false information.

9.3. The Seller and the Buyer shall be liable for fulfilling their obligations in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and the provisions of this Contract.

9.4. The Seller or the Buyer shall be released from liability for the full or partial non-fulfillment of their obligations in case if this failure is due to such insurmountable circumstances as: war or military actions, earthquake, flood, fire and other natural disasters, acts or actions of state authorities, change of customs rules, restrictions on import and export, arising independently of the will of the seller and/or the Buyer after the conclusion of this contract. A Party, which is unable to fulfill its obligations, shall immediately notify the other Party thereof and provide documents confirming the existence of such circumstances issued by the authorized bodies.


10. Contract term.

10.1. The Contract shall be considered concluded from the moment of registration and confirmation of the Purchase by the Buyer on the Service https://wizoria.ua/ and be valid until the acceptance and full payment of the Goods and/or Services by the Buyer.

10.2. Unilateral change of the terms of this Contract is not allowed, except for the change in the price and range of the Goods and Services by the Seller, as specified in this Contract.


11. Informational notifications.

11.1. By registering on the Service, https://wizoria.ua/, the Buyer gives the Seller consent to the use of his personal data that became known to the Seller at the time of his Registration or when the Buyer purchases any product or service of "WIZORIA" cinema network, including: e-mail address, contact phone number, postal address, last name, first name, patronymic and other personal information provided by the Buyer.

11.2. By registering, the Buyer confirms that he has been duly informed in written form about the inclusion of his personal data into the "WIZORIA" cinema network database for the purpose of ensuring the implementation of public-legal, economic, administrative and other relations that require the processing of personal data according to the legislation of Ukraine. The Buyer also agrees with processing his personal data, using it for marketing and statistical analysis, sending the User the marketing and promotional information about the activities of the "WIZORIA" Cinema network by sending text messages, e-mail, via Viber and other formats and services that may arise in the future. The Buyer also agrees that the Seller has the right to process the received personal data of the Buyer both independently and with the help of third parties without any other (additional) agreement on behalf of the Buyer. In this case, the Seller obliges such person to adhere to the principles and rules of processing personal data provided by the current legislation, in particular the confidentiality of personal data, and to ensure the security of personal data during its processing and protection.


12. Rules of use of the materials placed on the Service.

12.1. Service https://wizoria.ua/ contains materials, trademarks, trade names and other materials protected by law, including, but not limited to, texts, photographs, graphic representations, musical and audio works.

12.2. All the content on Service https://wizoria.ua/ is protected by the legislation of Ukraine.

12.3. The Buyer does not have the right to use materials posted on the Service https://wizoria.ua/ such as: make changes, publish, transfer to third parties, take part in sales or succession, create derivative products, etc.


13. Other conditions.

13.1. Purchase and sale contract for the sale of goods and rendering of services, which is concluded according to this offer, shall be deemed as concluded on the territory of Ukraine and operating in the framework of the legislation of Ukraine.

13.2. Purchase and sale contract for the sale of goods and rendering of services, which is concluded according to this offer, shall take effect from the moment of the registration and confirmation of the Purchase and operate until the full performance of the parties' obligations according to its provisions.

13.3. Invalidity of any clause or part of a contract concluded according to this offer shall not result in the invalidity of the contract as a whole.

13.4. All disputes arising between Buyer and Seller shall be resolved through negotiations. In case of failure to resolve the disputed issue, the Buyer or the Seller may apply for a resolution of the dispute to the judicial authorities according to the current legislation of Ukraine.

13.5. The Seller has the right to make changes to the text of this offer at his own discretion at any time and without prior notification of the Buyer. The current (effective) version of the offer is always available on the Service https://wizoria.ua/.

13.6. The absence of a copy of the contract signed between the Seller and the Buyer, which is concluded according to this offer, in hard copy that has the signatures of the parties, shall not the basis for the recognition of this contract as a not concluded one. Confirmation of an order on the Service https://wizoria.ua/ according to the order made by the Buyer on the Service https://wizoria.ua/ shall be considered as acceptance by the Buyer (according to Article 642 and Chapter 54 of the Civil Code of Ukraine). It is the moment of entering the purchase and sale contract for the sale of goods and rendering of services into force.

1. General provisions.

1.1. Official rules of "Wizoria Cashback" loyalty program (hereinafter – Rules) regulate the basic principles and conditions of operating of "Wizoria Cashback" loyalty program in Wizoria cinema network (hereinafter - "Cinema theaters" or "Cinema")


2. Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions are used in these Official rules of "Wizoria Cashback" loyalty program:
Spectator is a consumer of services, who receives them on terms that are defined in Rules of visiting Wizoria cinema that regulate the conditions for providing and receiving Cinema Services and who is registered in section "My personal office".
Basic cinema services – services of purchasing cinema tickets that are received by Spectators from the Cinema according to Wizoria cinema visiting Rules. Additional cinema services – all services provided on behalf of the Cinema on the territory of the cinema.
"My personal office" – web portal for self-service of Spectators (hereinafter – Office), which contains the basic tools needed for managing services and receiving information, including the "Wizoria Cashback" account.
"Wizoria Cashback" loyalty program – program of encouragement of Cinema Spectators, within the framework of which program participants have the opportunity to receive "Wizoria Cashback" when using Cinema services, as well as accumulate and write off "Wizoria Cashback" funds according to the corresponding terms.
Rules of "Wizoria Cashback" loyalty program – a document, which defines the terms and conditions for participation in the loyalty program.
Participant of "Wizoria Cashback" loyalty program (hereinafter – Participant) – Cinema Spectator, who participates in the "Wizoria Cashback" Loyalty program on terms set forth in these Official rules of "Wizoria Cashback" loyalty program. "Wizoria Cashback" funds (hereinafter – Funds) – funds credited to the Participant on his "Wizoria Cashback" account and written off from it, on the grounds provided by these Official rules of "Wizoria Cashback" loyalty program.
"Wizoria Cashback" account (hereinafter – My Wizoria Cashback) – account of the Participant of "Wizoria Cashback" Loyalty program, to which, according to the official rules of "Wizoria Cashback" program, funds from "Wizoria Cashback" are credited to and written off .
"Wizoria Cashback" pin code – code, which is used by the Participant while writing-off funds from the "Wizoria Cashback" account in the cinema cash desk or in the popcorn-bar. Firstly it is assigned in form of last four digits of the phone number by which the Participant was registered. The participant is obliged to change the original assigned Pin-code to his own unique one.
Accrual (accumulation) of "Wizoria Cashback" funds – a procedure, which results in an increase in an amount of "Wizoria Cashback" funds on the "Wizoria Cashback" account of the Participant on the grounds foreseen by these Official rules of "Wizoria Cashback" loyalty program.
Write-off (use) of "Wizoria Cashback" funds – a procedure, which results in a decrease in an amount of "Wizoria Cashback" funds on the "Wizoria Cashback" account of the Participant on the grounds foreseen by these Official rules of "Wizoria Cashback" loyalty program.
Withering of "Wizoria Cashback" funds – a procedure, which results in a withering of amount of "Wizoria Cashback" funds on the "Wizoria Cashback" account of the Participant on the grounds foreseen by these Official rules of "Wizoria Cashback" loyalty program.
Charging off of "Wizoria Cashback" funds – a procedure, which results in charging off of amount of "Wizoria Cashback" funds on the "Wizoria Cashback" account of the Participant on the grounds foreseen by these Official rules of "Wizoria Cashback" loyalty program.
Other terms that are used in Official rules of "Wizoria Cashback" loyalty program are used in the meanings specified in the Rules of visiting of Wizoria cinema theaters.


3. General provisions and registration.

3.1. Loyalty program "Wizoria Cashback" is functioning since November 1, 2019 on a permanent basis, unless otherwise specified by the Cinema.

3.2. All the Spectators, who at the start of "Wizoria Cashback" loyalty program are registered on the official website of the Cinema wizoria.ua in "My personal office", are automatically members of the "Wizoria Cashback" loyalty program.

3.3. All the Spectators, who at the start of "Wizoria Cashback" loyalty program are not registered on the official website of the Cinema wizoria.ua (do not have an account in "My personal office"), become Program Participants after registration in any way, which is defined as a mode of registering in these Rules.

3.4. At the moment of becoming a "Wizoria Cashback" loyalty program Participant, the "Wizoria Cashback" account is opened for the Spectator for accounting of accrued and written off "Wizoria Cashback" funds. Activation of the Account occurs automatically.

3.5. Each Participant may have only one "Wizoria Cashback" account in the "Wizoria Cashback" Loyalty program

3.7 Identification of Participant can be made via a phone number, a QR code provided after registration, and stored in the Participant's personal account.

3.8. The use of "Wizoria Cashback" funds while purchasing tickets at the cash desk or cinema-bar products in the cinema is possible only after identification using a QR code or telephone number and the input of a personal Pin code.

3.9. Purchase of tickets "As a guest" at cinema website or purchase of tickets at the cash desk or cinema-bar products in the cinema without identifying does not provide the right to charge and / or use "Wizoria Cashback" account.


4. Wizoria Cashback Funds and Account.

4.1. "Wizoria Cashback" UAH on "Wizoria Cashback" account is a payment unit of "Wizoria Cashback" loyalty program. The ratio of UAH on "Wizoria Cashback" account to UAH is: 1:1 (one to one).

4.2. "Wizoria Cashback" funds are credited to "Wizoria Cashback" account the day after the actual receipt of services in the Cinema (a movie showing for which a ticket or other services have been purchased).

4.3. While booking tickets on the official Cinema website, the estimated amount of "Wizoria Cashback" funds is displayed, which before the actual receiving of the service, shall not be available for use by the Guest.

4.4. In case of non-receipt of the service (non-purchase of booked tickets, or return of previously purchased tickets), "Wizoria Cashback" funds shall not be charged.

4.5. Period of validity of each UAH on the "Wizoria Cashback" account is 1 (one) year since the last use. The next day after the expiration of the deadline, funds are burned out (removed from the "Wizoria Cashback" account).

4.6. Funds can not be transferred to third parties.

4.7. Participant cannot receive funds from the "Wizoria Cashback" account in cash equivalent in cash or in non-cash form.

4.8. Account of the Participant and accrued Funds can not be combined with Accounts and Funds of other Participants of the Program.

4.9. Information on Funds (their accrual, write-offs) can be found in "My personal office".

4.10. The amount of "Wizoria Cashback" funds, which is more than 799 UAH, shall be taxed according to the current legislation of Ukraine.


5. Accrual of "Wizoria Cashback" Funds.

5.1. A participant of "Wizoria Cashback" Program has the right to receive funds when purchasing tickets for movie showing or prodacts in Wizoria cinema-bar in the amount of 3% of expenses of Spectator.

5.2. In the process of "Easy Registration" in the cash desk, "Wizoria Cashback" funds shall be accrued, but they are not available for writing-off until the moment of full registration on the official website.

5.3. Spectator may be a participant in additional special offers from the Cinema, under which an additional amount of "Wizoria Cashback" funds may be accrued to the Spectator's Account.

5.4. "Wizoria Cashback" loyalty program is cumulative.

5.5. "Wizoria Cashback" funds shall be accrued to "Wizoria Cashback" Spectator's account automatically.

5.6 Wizoria Cashback funds are not accrued when using promotional offers at the box office and movie bar.


6. Writing-off of "Wizoria Cashback" funds.

6.1. The participant has the right to use the accrued "Wizoria Cashback" funds until their withering in "My personal office" program.

6.2. Use of "Wizoria Cashback" Funds by the Participant is possible provided that they are available and accessible for use on the Account of the Spectator.

6.3. Use of the Funds by a Participant is possible on the Cinema Services.

6.4. The use of "Wizoria Cashback" funds for the Cinema Services takes place at the time of receiving services (purchase of tickets at the cash desk or on the official website of the Cinema and/or purchase of goods in the popcorn-bar) provided that they are available on the Participant's Account.

6.6. "Wizoria Cashback" funds can be written-off only by whole numbers. Kopecks are not available for use, but they accumulate on the Account. While drawing up an integer number, they may be used by the Participant.

6.7. The use of Funds for the Cinema services is the inclusion of funds from the "Wizoria Cashback" account of the Program participants for partial or full (but not less than 0.10 UAH from the ticket price when used for the purchase of tickets).

6.8. "Wizoria Cashback" funds can not be exchanged: for movie showings at sale price and for excise products.

6.9. The use of funds from "Wizoria Cashback" account is not possible when using the Cinema promotional code by the cinema Spectator to pay for services, as well as for participation in special offers.


7. Withering and charging off of Funds.

7.1 «Wizoria Cashback» funds are withered in case if their validity period expires, as specified in clause 4.3 of the Official rules of "Wizoria Cashback" loyalty program.

7.2 Funds can be charged off in case if the Participant fails to comply with the rules of service provision and/or the Official rules of "Wizoria Cashback" loyalty program.


8. Rights and obligations of parties.

8.1 Participant has the ability to check the presence of messages from the Cinema in the section "My Wizoria account" in account "My personal office".

8.2 Participant has the right to check the status of the Account in account "My personal office".

8.3 Cinema has the right to conduct Special Offers for the Participants within the framework of the Program.

8.4 Information on the conducting of Special Offers for the participants within the framework of the Program is provided on the official website of the Cinema or other available means for the Participant on the choice of the Cinema.

8.5 Cinema has the right without notification to stop participating in the "Wizoria Cashback" loyalty program of any Participant in the following cases:
8.5.1 Failure of the Participant to comply with the Official rules of "Wizoria Cashback" loyalty program or the current legislation of Ukraine;

8.5.2 Providing by the Participant the information, which misleads and is unreliable;


8.6 Cinema reserves the following right.

8.6.1 At his discretion, make changes, as well as cancel these Official rules of "Wizoria Cashback" loyalty program, without prior personal notification from the Participants. Information about these changes shall be published on the official website of the Cinema one day before the date of entry into force of these changes;

. Make changes, without prior personal notification of the Participants, to the list of services for which funds of "Wizoria Cashback" are written off and their amount;

8.6.1 Suspend or discontinue "Wizoria Cashback" loyalty program at any time with the notice of the Participants on the official website of the Cinema;

8.6.2 By continuing to participate in "Wizoria Cashback" loyalty program, the Participant agrees to the terms and conditions of the Official rules of the program.

8.6.3 The relations that arise between the Spectator and the Cinema and are not governed by these Rules shall be determined by the current legislation of Ukraine.
